16 February 2026
Within the scope of the Ramadan aid organization prepared by the General Directorate of Foundations of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, a large aid shipment was carried out to reach those in need in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Kosovo, the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, and Syria. TK Lojistik took part in the logistics aspect of this meaningful aid. In total, within the framework of the large-scale operation covering 5 countries, 40,000 food packages and 75 tons of bulk food products were delivered to the countries with a meticulously executed transportation plan. Uninterrupted Transportation to Challenging Geographies Within the scope of the operation, Ramadan-specific aid packages consisting of tomato paste, rice, oil, pasta, and various legumes that meet basic food needs were dispatched under the coordination of Tarım Kredi Lojistik. Our logistics team worked day and night to ensure the timely and undamaged delivery of the food packages, especially in the Balkan routes and the humanitarian aid corridor extending to Syria, where geographical and seasonal conditions can be challenging. Our team, which undertook the planning of both land and, where necessary, sea transportation, worked in full coordination with the General Directorate of Foundations officials and the coordination teams in the region. After the aid packages reached the regions, they began to be delivered to those in need by the local coordinators of the General Directorate of Foundations.
